    Shenghe will push for a low value concentrate stream, abundant excess process capacity inside China, their only goal is capturing the value add.

    Sounds like Mgt being seduced that way, next step will be Sino "1st stage" funding.

    Simply no depth to ROW mkt to go any other way.
