re: Ann: Major Milestone - First Module of PM... Has it occurred to anybody that the A$10 Million required is the buffer required to keep the company going.

Once a pump is sold/implanted the sales proceeds are not immediately realised. While the revenue is there the cash may not be there to keep the company paying its expenses. Hence in my opinion the buffer requirement.

My financial modelling based on information acquired by trawling the internet clearly shows that the company needs to make another A$5 Million cost cuts to avoid any requirement of this SPP or further SPP.

I am not pushing the share price.

I am trying to see if the thought that the money to be raised under the present SPP is to provide the buffer has occured to others. Ventracor is not clearly saying that anyway. That is one of the points I made at the AGM. Poor information is feeding the self fulfilling destruction.
