That depends if there is any maintenance work and inspections being carried out whilst the ship is in port. There is routine maintenance that has to be carried out and certified plus any crew rest/stand down. All of this is paid by the ship owner / leaser or agent. If it is waiting for a load then that cost will be picked up by those that are using the ship.
I would suspect that the ship alongside for that long will be doing some maintenance.
