Yes POG is well and truly coming into play and it is an important key factor for the booming Mid West industries and fortunately both the POG and State government are aware, hence the funding.
Just on the oil/condensate storage and export, from my understanding there are old storage tanks at the port but they require restoration as have not been in use for some time, but they are there.
I'm not savy on the costings, but you have to think with what the future is likely to present, these tanks could be brought back into operation. Seems simply logic if the tanks are there and still suitable, as always who pays will be the stumbling block.
