With RMSs whack over yesterday and today, it’s making the “pending” SPR takeover much more difficult as they would need to use their script to pay for the move.
RMS have the blocking stake arguably can take their time, but this whack makes ORD, in my opinion, a more valuable and timely move as they can use their cash and not script to fund it.
I think this accelerates the attention on ORD.
I am bias (try not to be), but there is fair logic to my reasoning.
