Timing of their payments will be hard to predict because we don’t have visibility on their net working capital position at the end of each quarter but from memory I did the sums on this and all in cost I would estimate to be about $1m for the whole program, excluding corporate overheads.
Some of these payments will be made in the April to June quarter.
either way I do the sums, there’s enough to go again for another round. Only question is do RMS want to come in at a premium and take a stake before we need it? Because we don’t actually need their funds, we have ~$6m of in the money oppies already sitting there.
No matter which way I look at it, we are sitting pretty.
