The first Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Eridanus gold discovery by Ramelius Resources at Mount Magnet in Western Australia was announced in 2018. This initial MRE, based on exploration and drilling conducted after the deposit was discovered in late 2017, estimated the resource at 11 million tonnes at 1.6 grams per tonne (g/t) of gold, totaling approximately 570,000 ounces of contained gold. This figure reflects the early assessment of the deposit before subsequent drilling and updates increased the resource significantly over the years.
