I think it’s someone else only because if it was Lowell, those purchases would’ve moved his ownership by more than 1% and he would’ve had to disclose a change in substantial ownership within 2 days of the trades.
hasn’t happened, but granted these compliance releases sometimes get left by the way side (change in substantial ownership is the responsibility of the buyer not the company).
I’d be stoked if it was him but prefer a newer buyer to create competitive tension.
