I love the capital structure for ORD, unlike other juniors, ORD will not require a capital raising for a very long time. I believe they could do another 20,000m of RC without needing to go to market with a CR.
Most of the options are in the money and owned by directors of the company, when converted there will be $5.7m more in the bank.
Point is, if you're a soph/insto and want in - don't sit around waiting for a capital raise, it just ain't going to happen!
