they then go through the granting stage.

seeing they have an ELA unless there are prohibited circumstances they will be granted.

seeing they are in areas where existing exploration takes place there shouldn't be any issues.

unless of course this voice scam gets up and there are major surprises due to this.

There is the usual native title issues and plans of what they plan to do and where need to be submitted for approval.
