Not sure if all is aware but VOR via LAF had a consolidation of capital at 1:100 in mid 2009 and then seeded close to 300m shares at 1c and half a cent. It's juts plain and simply a horrible registry. VOR badly needs a new sub. holder or it's d/t fodder. Remarkably priced but the above may be the reason why it's a yo-yo on vol.
