I agree with you mate and appreciate your input as I do know how well versed you are in these sectors, unfortunately the sad side is I want to jump ship but to heavily involved so stuck between a log and a hard place at the moment, if I am going to take a hit it may as well be for the whole lot, my only despair is management and the job they have done going backwards further each day then 1 or 2 steps forward just enough to keep fools like me believing in them, I would be the first to put my hand up for changes at the top.

hopefully everybody else  can see whats happening would love to call a EGM and pull the chain to clear the crap.
