Mate, the Chairman of an ASX200 company buys on market after the company receives a TO offer at a significantly higher price, they do not tell the market about it then release an improved offer and ASIC don't give a toss.
I don't think a $20m MC company is going to get too much attention, but feel free to report your concerns.
Plus given the announcements released here, blind freddie surely knows the MRE will not be released until money to pay M2 is available.
