I was hoping for a bit more from ZNC’s announcement.
Selling 60% of their Li projects for $7million and then spinning off (giving up?) on all their other projects leaves them with 40% share worth of the Li projects worth around $5 million at their own valuation (the farm in price). For a $100 million mcap company (after the share issue), that doesn’t seem like that much to me. I was hoping for some super deal that would light up the whole area. Not that it isn’t already lit up I guess. Despite these thoughts I still think the price will go up - that’s the only way Li stocks go at the moment.
