not sure why you wanna comment on a stock that you dnt own, find a ant and play its legs that is more fun
a company just issued shares at 30 cents and the other company agreed to pay a premium
you say the share price will go down to 20s...
and technically this is the 3rd move in an elliot wave pattern....so this should go higher from here
2 words down-ramping, so you can get some shares at a cheaper price
i will load the truck if it goes down to that level.
