A good deal overall after reading through the details.
It would seem that ZNC have tried hard to ensure they don't have a repeat of the Bradda Head fiasco, where ZNC were basically shafted with the J/V never actually needing to do anything.

The $6m raised is quite important, as ZNC plan to keep drilling and undertake separate listings of assets.

The Lithium deal is interesting. Lots of free carry, with development also never hitting ZNC for funding (if it ever occurs).
$7m over 2 years is reasonable, but, not overly large really.

I am sure the market will like it, albeit, ZNC is already trading at around $90m E/V.

Will be interesting to see if ZNC can ever emulate the sort of returns that its predecessor did (GIR).
