As there's no notation in the legend on where the planned RC drill holes will be, i assume those small black dots are the ones - total 18 black dots around the whole target region (matching "open in all directions"), average 250m each RC hole by the looks.

......"A second phase of up to 7,500m of RC and diamond drilling will expand on the RC drilling
program and test other identified targets for repeats of Bluebird within the 2.5km strikelength Bluebird-Perseverance corridor"......
(and Second phase to include recently awarded co-funded diamond drilling of
the Perseverance target as well as other tests for repeats of Bluebird)
