I have little faith in Vincent Algar delivering Bluebird or Nobles (or anything else of substance) within my lifetime. After 33 years in the mining industry his achievements are modest at best. While he has worked on funding a number of projects, I understand hes has never delivered a major project or a working mine.

While Managing Director at Australian Vanadium (AVL) for nearly 9 years, Vincent raised capital in order to advance a major vanadium project from exploration to feasibility stage, and secured government funding. However, I cannot see much else of substance.

Don't be fooled by TMS's self-serving periodic reports, which paint Vincent as a high achiever. He is not.

TMS's abysmal SP...nuf said.
