Long way off 3-5 years. Environmental approvals, society, financial approvals, etc. Maybe we need to get off take agreements in place before finance can be obtained. JV ventures need to be thrashed, as that appears to be were we are headed. Shite loads of work to do. 3 years is very optimistic as well, imo, more like 5 years. I am also of the opinion that any down stream processing would need to include other potential sources of ore like CPN's Yarrawinda and maybe even MI6 who also recently reported their first hit of PGEs. If this happens then road trucking becomes an an issue as well. Remember this is no desert area, it is premium farm land area.
