I think it would be nice, and consistent with what Chalice has done previously, for it to sell a minority interest or interests for a very healthy price ("the partnership premium"). Then distribute the partnership premium to the pre-existing shareholders (with the agreement of the new partners) as a return of capital or special dividend. Thereafter all capital expenditure to be met and all profits to be shared in proportion to the partners' equity.
