I emailed the company as the june announcement talked of an agreement by the end of the year. The july announcement talks of approvals in q1 2017 and from this i wondered if this meant any contract was now pushed back.
They answered with a brief email saying ' the negotiations are ongoing and the timetable for such and agreement , while not guaranteed , is on schedule.'
Personally I take from this we are still on track for an agreement this year and june announcement timetable still holds.
