It would be super to have clarity, although the recent announcements do seem to inform all is proceeding and the current Board have a history of delivering on their calls.
I would be disappointed if we get a notice informing sales of shares from Directors. This announcement would carry way less meaning if that happens. The Directors have been taking share issue in lieu of fees, -that helped motivate me into taking a large parcel (for me) so I am understanding of them cashing up from time to time.
SMN is shaping up to take on a massive market capitalisation, -in the billions with relative few shares on issue. Success would see funds climbing all over this and translate to a SP of high multiples on earning.
