I get all that kkw, and I was not thinking they would do something illegal to the point of being called in front of a judge.

However after a few days since posting my slow brain now believes it originally read far too much into Ya's post.
Im now wondering/thinking he just meant that mistakes happen therefore we best discuss beforehand.

But that being such a basic concept I assumed there must be more to it.
i.e I thought there may well be a few ways to get an answer.
One method may lean to helping STO, (maybe gives lower 1C but higher 3C) while another helps Quadrant and what it wants.
Both methods though are equally valid in the eyes of industry experts.
Thus requiring "discussion's" over subjectivity, rather than a quick check on maths.

And as no one else here seemed to care why discussions had to be had, further leads to evidence I completely read it wrong.

At least this sped up a few days for me closer to next bit of excitement.
