Hi all, new here and interested in this company but I think the income stream is going to be slower than some are reading.
First up, Blaq will be placing their orders through HNC. This could potentially just use up the stocking order HNC have already placed.
It's also hard to find real information on Blaq's upcoming projects. They're not just builders but also developers. The developments themselves are speculative in that they will only commence construction once they have secured a certain amount of sales. Zammita suggested there may need to be another CR and I tend to agree.
