The previous delay was allegedly to wait for the permitting decision, or at least that is what I understood. This announcement is a rather artful way of saying (to me) that the decision has been delayed to autumn of this year.
I do not think management needs to be replaced if it were to occur, delays would be well within the nature of the business, the very concern of my own that I have been sharing.
I am a talga bull and I think that this is a special company, but we have to keep our expectations realistic.
