Low to mid teens would be good right now. It would help get the share placement across the line with out the need for underwriting although the announcement Friday should help achieve most of this. Currently sitting at $8.50/lb. Does China have some kind of self sufficiency policy in raw materials that they can source domestically? Trade war doesn't help in this with freeing up willingness to import these required inputs to their steel industry.
