There one thing (hard to do) is to find high grade reserves. It's another thing to commission an actual mine. I'd say with Gold moving back higher "Capital raising" by many producers becomes easy so I thing MEU potentially is a great takeover target expecting a healthy premium. Just my thoughts. (easy accessible ground as well)
