punters have short memories, the REE bubble got bust a few years ago - market was looking forward to Lithium results which was what the company touted for Morabasi.
tantalum/niobium resuts are ok if they are an indicator of Coltan otherwise it's just not the result the market wanted and the sp will be treated accordingly.
