How much of the committed funds actually constitute cash going into the coffers and not perhaps swaps for outstanding monies owed or similar ?
Not suggesting it is the case, but some confirmation that it is in fact cash and not other consideration would be good
Hopefully with a share price of 4c and $3M in cash they can do enough to get the SP back into the teens so all holders are again break even or in profit if they averaged down
