This is a separate development from the SPP.
HRS, which is delisting as of today, is taking a major position in Mt Adrah Ltd [which is also unlisted]. So the story is SOC has 72%, Hudson Resources has 25% and 3% others.
Hudson are taking a very big position overall, given they have a big position in SOC as well.
Shows a lot of confidence IMO
