    Looks like the loan extension of a few short months gives them the time required to convert it to shares? There is no other feasible way to pay it out, so that's a sensible approach I suppose, but will massively dilute existing shareholders. The company should make clear what it intends to do when the short term extension expires in just three months. (Surely they must know??)
