    You are right there is a lot of baggage for long term holders to deal with and inevitably that will jaundice our views.

    That said, without at this stage any knowledge of the background to why Auctus went into administration - on the surface the assets it has, the current prices and the apparent synergies with CSD's existing assets the acquisition may well be the making of CSD. You would expect (hope) Cyan did some serious investigation prior to their loan offer.

    As you noted after the last "resurrection" / share consolidation / share issue (which decimated a lot of smaller shareholders) the stock is very tightly held and when it relisted last time fairly illiquid. The question is now on relisting how many of the smaller existing shareholders will just want to exit and what will the appetite in the market be from new investors like yourself.

    I do not have a huge exposure in terms of my portfolio but have a way to go before I get to my average. As I said earlier I will do my homework on the background of Auctus and if I get comfortable with the circumstances likely place a bit of faith in Cyan doing some decent due diligence and probably as I did on the last relisting sit tight and see what develops.
