If the gph share price is supposedly held back because the market thinks a cap raising is coming it would make it easier to control the stock price and not let it run away or get too far ahead of itself.
All the time making the oppies linger in dead mans land (close to exercise price)
They get the oppies done and 6m in the bank as someone will underwrote any shortfall and then away it goes in september.
Just a theory
Years of watching the specs has taught me dont foght the trend go with it.
The market will do what the market will do. If you think its cheap buy. If not sell or watch.
The volumn uptick was nice but certainly not compelling.
Gph will have its time when it comes. Till then patience.
