Bubs Australia has signed a new supply agreement with Coles to distribute Bubs Organic Grass Fed Infant Formula to 482 supermarkets.
The initial orders will be processed in mid-May and on-shelf in early June 2020.
"This is a continued vote of confidence in Bubs brand portfolio from Coles and demonstrates Bubs strong performance in the super-premium speciality infant formula segments, and confidence in the capability of our vertically integrated supply chain to meet our commitments under the new supply agreements," said chief executive Kristy Carr.
"Moreover, this agreement with Coles established Bubs as a significant participant in the super-premium organic infant formula category."
The company also entered into a new agreement with Bab Bunting to range a total of 16 products at 52 stores, with products expected to be on-shelf and online in May 2020.
It also advised Woolworths has further increaed the store ranging for Bubs Organic Grass Fed Infant Formula from 700 stores to 800 and Bubs Goat Milk Infant Formula from 400 to 654.
These new supply deals are expected to materially add to the company's domestic revenues from the fourth quarter.
“We are now well placed to expand our addressable market beyond goat milk into the much larger cow’s milk segment, which accounts for over 90 percent of the Australian formula market," said Mrs Carr.
