This type of transaction was to be expected and is really the only opportunity for share holders to potentially get some value in the future from their investment.

At least the management has had the fore sight to look at an way out of the mess that they are in at them moment and to protect their shareholders investment, I do think that with Dodo there's at least going to be the opportunity to increase the share price and stabilise the debt situation.

Of course this is dependent of shareholders approving the transaction and with the family rift in Eftel major shareholders I would suggest that this deal is far from being a done deal
