REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Zinc of Ireland NL (ASX: ZMI) (ZMI
or Company) requests an immediate trading halt of its securities pending
the release of an announcement relating to an option to acquire a plant and
equipment.
The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier
of such time it makes and announcement to the market regarding the
acquisition and the commencement of trading on Wednesday 8 March 2017.
Zinc of Ireland NL is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not
be granted, nor any other information necessary to inform the market about
the trading halt.
