    Maybe our directors will have to make the case the whole is worth massively more than the sum of the parts so that both sets of shareholders are happy under our Board managing everything. Seal's post very neatly consigns Drummond's arguments to the garbage heap - that alone ought to win over a lot of MAK holders, except I don't want our bid to succeed unless Wonarah makes us king of phosphate - only the latter scenario could ever be adequate compensation for giving up un-derisked value in Mehdiabad. Russian Deputy Foreign Minister is already warning today about some Western countries being keen to invade Iran.
