I followed up ASIC and the takeover panel myself when MAK first sought to extend their bid. It is basically impossible for a little guy to hold hem accountable. I am very unimpressed that a party like MAK can launch a hostile bid with absolutely no chance of success yet not be held accountable for the horrendous waste. At the very least the hostile party in such a situation should probably be made responsible for all costs involved or forced to pay a scheduled fee to the object party in event of failure.
When are elections next due in Iran? I think next year? That might be what Biden is referring to as i expect Khameini to engineer the appearance of change in replacing ahmadinejad.
