At the AGM I spoke to Alex about the decree
We don't know whether the bank has imposed any conditions re the decree but my interpretation of Alex's reply at the AGM was that it was necessary to have the decree in time but it would not stop Bassari from proceeding on the path to production once finance was arranged - he cited the same situation has applied before on other projects (many millions of dollars spent on proceeding prior to the decree being issued)

This is an expected, but still very significant, box ticked in a way which does not dilute shareholders investments.
