I'm slightly relieved as I was always hoping a solution could be found before going in front of a hearing. Not sure we would be able to convince a hearing of our greatness right at the moment. Which leads me to believe (hope) that an 'out of hearing' arrangement could still be made to keep us going and keep the bank happy. Who knows!!! I'm just praying for a good outcome.
