I think if Coris was not on board, they'd be arguing hard against any further extensions. Point is, why would the court extend repeatedly if it did not think the parties were in potentially productive negotiations? I imagine the court would think different if Coris were pushing hard against extensions.
And 2 months? Seems a bit generous.
I think the court has given this extension to allow time to get it done.
Because it takes time to raise funds?
I read this as a positive announcement.
