Does anyone know what he is actually talking about? Gold near all-time highs and TCG just recently raised $18M in an oversubscribed placement - also in Cote d'ivoire. Didnt seem difficult for them.

Peter blaming the markets for being broke, when they actually did it to themselves by over-committing to dud prospects and the in-country team demonstrating zero ability to generate good targets.
