re: Ann: Mako Mineral Resource Increase and B... I must admit to being surprised (pleasantly) to the positive reaction to today's announcement.
There is no reference to recent mining results - surely overdue.
The resource has only grown by 9,500 ounces after all this drilling effort and much of this is attributable to reducing the average grade (from 10g/t to 9.5g/t).
The reference to "difficult ground conditions have been encountered to date in the mining of the Mako Fault mineralisation" without elaboration sends off alarm bells.
Hope I am just being the devil's advocate, but I was expecting better news, particularly on the mining front which is what counts at this stage.
