Well I'm no rare earths expert but these hits are from surface which means extracting would be extremely low cost.
Also, there exploration top end grade target is 1,000 ppm, almost all these hits exceed this.
"Target* of 270 – 530 million tonnes grading 0.04 – 0.1% (400 – 1,000 ppm) TREO as announced to the ASX on 4th September 2019."
