I'd love it if companies were that predictive, but the reality is it's hard enough to even get a house up the road built on time and budget, yet so many in here expect a new company in a foreign (and historically unstable) environment, in a post covid shitstorm to nail every deadline or its outrage. For every prediction a spec company makes I add at least 20% wriggle room, life in specs just ain't that clear cut..
