How many Junior Miners have:
1. Ownership of the majority of the land marked for development or the entity that owns the land.
2. A staged plan of execution. Dig a little, process a little, sell a little. Repeat.
3. Revenue.
Whilst you're at it, look up the term "doxing" and be careful who you accuse online.
