    You should have the discussed on the IXR threads instead of posting on PM8. Do you not have integrity to have a civil discussion on the forum to which the stock you are discussing. @ChinaSyndrome

    Firstly that's at 45% concentrate.

    Secondly if there was 30% payability it's then worth $1300/t.
    Why did PM8's PFS suggest they would get $3800/t for a 35% concentrate. Are you suggesting PM8's PFS was totally inaccurate or perhaps the MREC average price shown incorporates payability.

    Finally, it's not surprising that the 42-45% MREC would only recieve 3500/t. That's because the only rare earth mines that produce a 40-45% carbonate are the hard rock hopefuls. These are mines with high LREO content in the ore body and producing lower grade concentrates with payability and generally lower basket prices

    The below peer comparison proves that with a low concentrate grade and low LREO your concentrate basket is greatly reduced.
    Hint;

    If you needd to know what a 92% concentrate carbonate might receive i'm happy to show you. Check out this technical report by asian metal market on tantalus. An ionic rare earth project.

    Similar grade concentrate produced. Their grade is only 500ppm but better recoveries, so mining rate works out similar.

    Albeit this report was compiled under higher pricing, i think you'll find that the 80usd/kg is alot closer than your unreferenced 9USD/kg hehe. Also note the 35% discount which align to what i'm sayin when i infer 70% payability. In this case 35% discount is a 65% payability. That an independent technical report.

    However you can DYOR and find that the same is typically for ionic clays. Below is Biolantanidos.

    Albeit this report was compiled under higher pricing, i think you'll find that the 80usd/kg is alot closer than your unreferenced 9USD/kg hehe. i calced IXR to land around $55 so with discount moves to the $40/usdkg mark.

    Also note the 35% discount which align to what i'm sayin when i infer 70% payability. In this case 35% discount is a 65% payability.

    We'll add 90% carbonate pricing to the list of infactualities.
