i have no idea how this is price sensitive at all.. we all know that the government have been updating this for a while now. i still reckon the mining license won't come until November at the absolute earliest and possibly even December.. so they are only a year or so late when they have been saying within a month or so for such a long period. i hope I can see Tim digging these clays up with a shovel in the next video
