agree. on the other hand the dilution for share issuance for equity assumes it's done at the current price.
I would suspect that closer to finance being secured that the MC would be higher post BFS. Thus this dilution impact would be less but comfortable with your calculation methods. inputs obviously require assumptions and can debate all day what's appropriate but glad you took the effort here to validate and have confirmed what you need to.
