The thought crossed my mind.. Considering IXR have stated they will require a share placement in the future of 30% or so to proceed with construction, a low SP makes this a little trickier with significantly more dilution. In steps Chinalco with a funding proposal in exchange for equity, or yeh a takeover, the lower the SP is now the more attractive any deal will look.
For me nothing has really changed here, still an incredible project with loads of potential.
